Kevork Kholobikian George has been at the heart of Escape Hotels’ journey since the opening of our first branch, Gordonsville Escape Boutique Hotel, where he took on the role of General Manager in 2021. With his steady leadership and commitment to excellence, Yorgo has successfully guided the hotel in establishing its reputation for personalized service, luxury experiences, and operational efficiency.
His dedication and results-driven approach played a pivotal role in the growth of Escape Hotels. Under his management, the Gordonsville branch flourished, creating the foundation and momentum that led to the successful expansion of the brand with the opening of our second branch, Dagsville by Escape, in December 2024.
Today, George continues to serve as General Manager of Gordonsville Escape Boutique Hotel, where his focus on guest satisfaction, team development, and innovative hospitality practices ensures the hotel remains a flagship of the Escape brand.
Loredana Catania brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her role as General Manager of Dagsville by Escape, our second branch hotel. She began her journey with Escape Hotels in September 2021 as Human Resource Manager, where she played a pivotal role in building a strong organizational culture and implementing systems that supported both staff growth and operational efficiency.
Her leadership, vision, and commitment to excellence earned her a promotion to General Manager in December 2024, when Escape Hotels expanded with the launch of the Dagsville branch. In this role, Loredana oversees all aspects of hotel operations, from guest experience and service delivery to team management and strategic growth.
Known for her professionalism, people-centered approach, and innovative mindset, she continues to elevate the standards of hospitality at Escape Hotels, ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay.
David Dube’s culinary journey with Escape Hotels began at The Waterside Restaurant, where he quickly made his mark as Head Chef. His passion for innovation, dedication to quality, and ability to craft memorable dining experiences set him apart as a leader in the kitchen.
Recognized for his exceptional talent and leadership, David was promoted to Executive Chef, now overseeing and leading the culinary teams of both The Waterside Restaurant at Gordonsville and The Codfather Restaurant at Dagsville. In this role, he is responsible for curating menus that celebrate creativity and flavor while maintaining the highest standards of excellence.
Under his guidance, both restaurants have become renowned for their distinctive dining experiences, where guests are treated to a fusion of artistry, freshness, and hospitality. David continues to inspire his teams, elevate Escape Hotels’ culinary reputation, and ensure that every meal served is nothing short of exceptional.
